Our truffle selections change seasonally, but we always offer two standard truffles - the Cognac and the Milk Chocolate Sea Salt. All other truffles are by availability or special order only. Special orders require a minimum one pound order.

*****SEASONAL TRUFFLE***** For the Spring season we now have available our popular and delicious Bittersweet Lemon freshly made.

Please store these in the refrigerator. Freezing may prolong the life of the truffles, but may also cause a streaky discoloration of the chocolate ("bloom").

All truffles are $25.00 per pound. A pound of truffles is approximately 25 truffles. We are happy to mix and match truffles in a half pound or pound box with an assortment or your selection of what is currently in stock or special order your selection. Please allow ONE WEEK of PRODUCTION time for a special order as these truffles are made at the time of ordering. **Special order minimum is one-pound.

Irish Creme Truffle - creamy milk chocolate center enrobed in dark chocolate. pink decoration on top

Bittersweet Lemon Truffle - dark center with a fresh lemon flavor and enrobed in a bittersweet chocolate. Think about chocolate-dipped candied lemon peels...mmmmmm..... Yellow chocolate decoration on top.

CafeGoddess Truffle

Espresso milk chocolate creamy center with a bittersweet dark chocolate shell. White chocolate decoration on top.

Our Cognac truffle has a bittersweet cognac chocolate filling and is coated with bittersweet chocolate and lightly dusted with cocoa powder.

Our Milk Chocolate Sea Salt truffle has a milk chocolate center with salty smoked almonds and pink Australian Sea Salt, enrobed in a milk chocolate and sprinkled with grains of pink sea salt.

Amaretti Truffle which is a "soft" truffle style. This truffle is flavored with Amaretto Liqueur and is rolled in a special pastry cookie crumb. May be made either with bittersweet or milk chocolate, please specify for special orders.
